The servo soft capsule machine model NOAH, is a fully automatic machine for producing soft gelatin capsules. It is driven by servo motors and designed as an enclosed type machine with air conditioning system.
Burden-free research by minimizing medicine and gelatin consumption suitable for laboratory and new medicine development.
Filling volume adjustment and zero-point setting for each die roll are precisely controlled by servo motors based on the set values of touch-screen. Its PC type touch-screen monitor provides an effective production management.
F-150G (SERVO SOFT CAPSULE MACHINE)
The servo soft capsule machine model F-150G, is a fully automatic machine for producing soft capsules. It is driven by servo motors and provides a good solution for mass production with a production speed of 6 RPM.
Filling volume adjustment and zero-point setting for each die roll are precisely controlled by servo motors based on the set values of touch-screen. Its PLC touch-screen monitor provides an effective production management.
F-100 (SERVO SOFT CAPSULE MACHINE)
The servo soft capsule machine model F-100, is a fully automatic machine for producing soft gelatin capsules. It is driven by servo motors and provides a good solution for small and medium-sized production.

GENESYS NH-015 - FULLY CLOSED SOFT CAPSULE MACHINE
A machine with interior self-control of humidity and temperature, model GENESYS NH-015, is a fully automatic machine for producing soft capsules. This machine is designed as an enclosed type machine with special enclosed-type tumble dryer.
A small air conditioner is directly connected to the main machine and tumble dryer, to control the humidity & temperature inside them and to save the cost. Also, the air blower for transferring soft capsules to tumble dryers is built-in type, reducing the operational noise. The machine’s PLC touch-screen monitor provides an effective production management.
T-150S (SOFT CAPSULE MACHINE WITH SAFETY COVER)
A soft capsule machine with safety cover, model T-150S, is a fully automatic machine for producing soft capsules. This machine is designed with safety cover for operator’s safety.
A ribbon thickness checker is installed on a guide roller at each the left and right side . According to the check result, the ribbons’ thickness is controlled by servo system in the spreader boxes. Air shower system is also installed on the transferring conveyor, to remove the oil on the produced soft capsules. The machine’s PLC touch-screen monitor provides an effective production management.

Vegetable soft capsule machine model T-150V, is a fully automated machine for producing vegetable soft capsules.
This machine has various advantages among which: pure vegetarians and consumers with dietary, religious or cultural restrictions. Its PLC touch-screen provides an effective production management.
